Victory! When I tried on that fringed Phillip Lim shirt dress a few weeks ago, I kind of fell in love with it. And now it is mine! When I saw it in an extra small while I was in San Francisco the other day, I knew we were meant to be. I love it dearly. The picture is actually just the shirt and not the dress style, which has fringe all down the back as well as around the neckline. It’s awfully fun to bounce down the street, swinging my fringe around. Joyness.
